An embarrassingly warm and nice note from Montana Wildlife Federation president “Tall Tim” Aldrich:
Hi Ron. I hope the rest of Group One's 2011 Extravaganza experiences went as well as did day one. They were a great group of individuals having a great time. As we remarked early and often on Father's Day, it was a beautiful memory generating day on the Mo! I thank you sincerely for making me your guest on that Day One of 2011. You are a generous and much appreciated host. You were a bit more delicate in delivering constructive criticism than was Tyler when I fished with him a couple years ago. His was all by action and I, while in the rear perch got to watch it all unfold--not a word spoken but a message well delivered! My elbow is nearly recovered and my "honorary yellow hat" was displayed while fishing on Brown's Lake on Tuesday with Dale Bosworth and his lovely wife.
Carol and I look anxiously to the 4th and the Extravaganza Celebration at the Clausen Rock Creek Retreat. Until then, fish well my friend and enjoy the moments with the great folks you bring to Montana to refresh their memories of what it is that makes Montana Matter. Thanks again for all you do. tim
